Volunteers are the heartbeat of WAFI, helping to bring the festival to life while gaining hands-on experience in event management, arts administration, and community engagement.

Volunteer Roles
- Event Operations Assistants* – Assist in logistics, setup, and coordination of festival venues.
- Guest Relations & Hospitality Team – Welcome and guide VIPs, artists, and festival attendees.
- Stage & Performance Support – Help backstage with performers, equipment, and stage transitions.
- Workshop & Activity Coordinators – Manage workshops, talent sessions, and interactive programs.
Media & - Communications Support – Assist with social media coverage, photography, and festival documentation.
- Crowd Management & Safety Support – Help ensure smooth movement and safety of attendees.
- Vendor & Exhibition Assistance – Support artisans, exhibitors, and food vendors during the festival.
- Youth Engagement Ambassadors – Promote youth participation, talent discovery, and creative collaboration.

- Select your preferred role(s) and availability
- Attend a mandatory volunteer orientation session before the festival
